Follow these steps to get your "My Student Aid" file:

  1. Go to StudentAid.gov and log in using your FSA ID and password.
    • Note: If you've forgotten your password, don't worry, Just use "Forgot My Password" to reset it.
  2. From your dashboard, scroll down and click the "View My Loans" button
  3. On the “View My Loans” page, click the blue link that says “Download My Aid Data”.
  4. A file named MyStudentData.txt file will download to your computer. This is your “My Aid Data” file.

This data is required before scheduling your session with a SavvyFi Student Loan Coach. It helps your Coach assess your loan eligibility and guide you toward the best repayment and forgiveness options.
